Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued via bank transfer to the same account used for payment.

Shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We are happy to exchange a defective or incorrect item for the same product. If the product is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
